Strange moving foam in Argentina hospital
This may not exactly be paranormal and there could well be a plausible explanation for this but I thought I would post it anyway as it does look very strange.
At the Padilla Hospital of Tucumán in Argentina, while the cleaners were washing the floor they witnessed something very strange, so they whipped out their phones and started recording.
The foam they were using to wash the floors starts moving and swirling around on its own accord. The cleaners seem to be in disbelief as to what they are watching.
Some people are saying its paranormal, while others suggest it’s just a chemical reaction.
