Is this real or fake? If its real then its very bizarre!

There isn’t much info to find on this video other than it was filmed in Geneva, Switzerland, over the CERN Area (European Organisation for Nuclear Research).
Could this be some experiment taking place in the Large Hadron Collider that opened a vortex?
It was uploaded onto Section 51 2.0 YouTube channel back in August. Some comments on the video suggest it could be fake while others not sure or believe its real.
Looking at the video it does seem to attract the attention of more people than just the camera guy which could seem to show the video its authentic, unless those people are in on the joke too.
One thing that sways me to believe it could be fake is that no other videos can be found anywhere that have been recorded from a different angle or area of Geneva. Surely if this was actually happening more than one person would whip out their camera to take a video and share it for all to see.
Also looking through other video’s on Section 51 2.0 YouTube channel, some look very suspect.
Anyway from what I can find this hasn’t really been debunked and quite a few who have viewed the video believe its real. I want it to be real but I have some doubts

Aw, this was a very nice post. In idea I would like to put in writing like this moreover ?taking time and actual effort to make an excellent article?however what can I say?I procrastinate alot and certainly not seem to get one thing done.
