A house has apparently gone up for sale in Liverpool UK, with a warning attached that it is haunted by a 135 year old poltergeist.

The listing on Rightmove warns “Please note previous tenants have advised us that they have experienced paranormal activity at the property”

The three bedroom terraced house is at Pickwick Street, Toxteth, Liverpool.  It has one upstairs window that is boarded up and is said to have been reports of paranormal activity at the house since the 1800’s.

The sale listing describes the property as a 3 bedroom terrace house in a popular location, close to the Tesco Superstore.

It has 2 singles and one double bedroom, rear yard, upstairs bathroom and 2 living rooms, but the advert then mentions a warning about the paranormal activity.

Plus Dane Housing received reports of unusual activity at this property in 2008 and worked with the tenant involved to look at ways in which they could help.

It seems the listing no longer exists now, so whether its been sold or they have decided to remove it due to the attention it was getting, who knows.
