Colourful lights filmed dancing through the skies of Vancouver

April 23, 2025

A video has recently surfaced showing a collection of colourful lights gliding, darting, and dancing across the night sky in perfect synchrony. But was this a choreographed drone show or something far more mysterious?

The footage went viral and it is very strange. Multi-coloured orbs twist and twirl with glowing trails forming patterns that seem to be both random and intelligent. For some it was obviously a display of modern drone technology, a light show engineered for entertainment or a secret tech demo, but for some others it was something very different and not of this Earth.

UFO enthusiasts were quick to jump in, pointing out the lack of sound, the strange flight paths and the absence of any official explanation. As of now, no company or organisation has come forward to claim responsibility for the show.

Vancouver isn’t new to UFO’s. Over the years, the city has been a quiet hotbed of UFO sightings and unexplained aerial phenomena. From glowing orbs hovering over Stanley Park to strange flashes near the mountains, the region has drawn the attention of sky watchers and paranormal investigators alike.

Whether these were aliens or if was just a drone display, one thing is for sure, something strange happened in the skies over Vancouver.

From first seeing the video I though it was CGI or some kind of AI video but apparently there were many witnesses both in Canada and the US.

Did you see these lights in the sky?  It would be great to hear your take on it in the comments.
