Zak Bagans most famous for being the host and lead investigator on the hit TV show Ghost Adventures has put his house up for sale for a cool $2.5m.
The two-story house in Spring Mountains boasts five bedrooms, six baths and is 5,800 square feet in size. It also has ‘vanishing walls’ which are glass and disappear like pocket doors at several entry points.
It was previously owned by former UNLV and NBA player Marcus Banks who sold it to Bagans in MAy 2014 for $2.1m.
Asked why he is selling again after only owning it for a year and a half he replied “I like to just move around a lot. That’s just how I am,” he said. “It’s a beautiful neighborhood. I just like getting new things … cars, and switching out new houses. I guess I’m part nomadic.”
Before buying the house Bagans was living in a loft near Jones Boulevard…..I guess the Travel Channel pay good wages then. 😉
