In 2001, Edd and Beth Dunnam feel as if they got a deal of a lifetime, when they begin renting a home in the suburb of Deltona, Florida. Upon moving in the couple notices the previous owner left nearly everything behind, including clothes, personal belongings and even half eaten food. Not long after settling in, Edd and Beth, along with their one year old daughter Emily become the target of something unworldly. It all started with unexplainable noises, cabinets opening on their own, and electronics malfunctioning. The family tries to live with the strange phenomena, but soon progresses into something much darker.

The full documentary will be 3 hours+, making this the biggest project I’ve ever worked on, which will include tons of never before seen footage from investigations that took place over twenty years ago.
