Is this a ghost caught on a motion camera?

I received an email the other day from a reader who sent me a very interesting photo. The photo was taken by a motion sensor camera after they had turned off the lights. They say that no one was on the stairs at the time when the camera took the photo. Here is the photo, what do you make of it?

They say “It was taken by our motion sensor camera when my husband turned to lights off and started to make his way to the stairs, already on the stairs and making its way up is some sort of human like ghostly figure. We don’t have any uneasy feelings in the house but we have experienced lights randomly turning off and on. Our home has been in his family for five generations if that may have credit towards this?”

Some background on the home. The house was built sometime in the 1800’s, however, there was a huge flood in the area called the flood of 72 and all records were apparently lost so they redated most of the homes as 1901. The home has been in their husband’s family for five generations now. His great granddad and great grandma had their funerals in the actual house. They definitely don’t get any uneasy feelings in the home so whatever it is its welcoming.
